Set on a 750 sqm irregular-shaped lot in Quezon City, this pandemic-inspired home pushes the boundaries of design to make the most of its unique space. Thoughtfully planned by FCS, the layout adapts to the contours of the land, ensuring every corner serves a purpose without compromising the family’s preferences. The result is a distinctive, dynamic home that feels both expansive and intimate, designed to cater to an active lifestyle with the inclusion of an indoor basketball court, seamlessly integrated into the space.

With four bedrooms and a basement, the home strikes a perfect balance between openness and privacy. Large windows invite natural sunlight, promoting an environment of health and well-being, while natural ventilation flows effortlessly throughout, enhancing the home’s connection to the outdoors. The modern Asian style is reflected in the clean lines and organic materials, making this home not only a sanctuary for family living but a reflection of how design can elevate the experience of space, making the most out of what’s there.
